Sheriff Joe Arpaio served in the Army, and later as a police officer in Washington DC and Las Vegas. He also served in the DEA. He served as the Sheriff of Maricopa County, Arizona for 24 years, where he earned the nickname, ‘America’s Toughest Sheriff.’ Sheriff Joe Arpaio has been profiled in over 4,000 national and foreign newspapers, magazines, and TV news programs. He was eventually targeted by Democrats, but that didn’t deter him, he’s now running for Mayor of Fountain Hills, Arizona. He joins us on the podcast to discuss his experience, his campaign, and his views on the current administration.
